Admission Process
Age Limit
Only those who have completed 2 years 10 months on the 1st of June are eligible for admission to Pre-Nursery.
Only those who have completed 3 years 10 months on 1st of June are eligible for admission to L K G.
Only those who have completed 4 years 10 months on 1st of June are eligible for admission to U K G.
Only those who have completed 5 years 10 months on 1st of June are eligible for admission to 1st Standard.
Documents to be submitted for Registration
Registration form duly filled with photographs (3 copies Passport size) certified and forwarded by the head of the school.
The Result Card and T.C. from the school last attended. If the TC has not been taken, a bona-fide certificate issued by the school showing the class and date of birth should be attached.
Birth Certificate issued by the Competent authority (the original should be deposited in the school at the time of admission and it will not be returned till the child leaves the school).
Proof of residence of Father / Mother to be submitted.
Disability Certificate from the Civil Surgeon.
Application should be signed by parents / Guardian
The Acharya Gurukula Vidyakendra admission process is simple and transparent. It works on the belief that a personal interaction between parents / authorized guardians, the prospective student and the school’s authorized representatives is of far greater value than any conventional admission test. The process is aimed at giving us an insight into the type of education approach and environment you believe would be appropriate for your child to maximize his/her potential, while giving us a glimpse of the child’s strengths, learning needs and potential. It also gives you, as parents / authorized guardians, a first-hand opportunity to obtain an understanding of how our students and faculty engage with each other, our overall offering, curricula and our education approach.
